Episode #28: How to Stay on Track with Your Goals

Our motivation is strong in January. We’re starting new habits and chipping away at our goals.

But, I know from my own experience that you can’t count on pure motivation to keep you on track all year.

I’ve tried it countless times—it doesn’t work. By springtime, my willpower and focus fade. Then all of my goal progress sputters and stalls. Next thing you know, that angry, negative voice in my head demands: What’s wrong with me? Why can’t I stay on track? Why do I suck at this?

Are you feeling me hard right now?

Don’t feel down on yourself.

I have some good news. I have found a way to crack the code and break the cycle!

You need a system to stay on track. It’s worked for me, and it will work for you, too.

It’s not elaborate and it doesn’t need to take a ton of time. But, there are some requirements. You must bring a positive attitude and a willingness to be honest with yourself.

If you’ve got those prerequisites down, I’ll bring you the process to get it done! In this episode, I’ll give you a goal-tracking system that you can start using right now.

Don’t waste another minute. Let’s start tracking our goals, Real-World Feminists! Tune in and let’s get after it.
