Episode #27: How to Give 360 Feedback on Co-workers

We’re focused on our new goals and resolutions.

Doing the hard work to stay consistent and true to the vision of our future selves. On top of all of the other hectic things at work and home filling our calendars!

Simply put, we’re busy AF.

And then that request comes in. It slides into your inbox. It’s the email you were hoping to avoid.

It’s the dreaded 360 request for feedback on a co-worker.

Like we’re not busy enough, right?!

Sure, cranking out a feedback request for our favorite co-workers is no big deal.

But, what are we supposed to do when we get asked to provide feedback for someone that we are struggling with?

Or worse yet, do we really need to write that 360 review of OUR BOSS?!

Don’t worry, I got your back. We’re going to take on this uncomfortable topic, head-on.

In this episode, we’ll talk about why responding to these requests is important—not just for your co-workers, but for YOU. I’ll break down some practical advice so that you can respond to these requests with professionalism and grace.

Every work interaction is a chance to stand out as a mature leader. The 360 feedback request is no different.

Time to suck it up and face this together.  Let’s get after it, Real-World Feminists!
