Like most adults in the US, I have put on weight during this pandemic.
It’s obvious to see how it all started, right? Lockdown set up the banana bread phase. We comforted our anxiety with comfort food and too much alcohol.
What started feeling like a slumber party has now turned into two years of habit slippage.
It’s time to STOP the slide and shed the pandemic pounds.
