The pandemic forever changed the way that we work. We proved that we didn’t need to sit in a cubicle 40 hours a week to get our work done.

Three years later, most of us are working in hybrid environments—a mash-up of remote and in-office working—and adjusting to this new normal. There have been countless advantages to hybrid life.   

But, real talk time. There’s been one huge disadvantage to those of us who are ambitious and career-driven. It’s much harder to have our badass work efforts get noticed!

Visibility will always be important in corporate America. I break down why and give you the keys to getting noticed in a hybrid world.
