If you want to be seen as a leader, there’s more to it than picking up experience and expertise in hard skills. There are certain intangibles—leadership qualities—that you must possess.

One critical leadership quality is presence.

Presence is how you show up in the world. In the office and outside of the office. Of course, this includes a critical place called the internet.

The internet in many ways is a wonderful thing. But, the internet should come with a warning label.

Because the internet is forever.
