Every year has an ebb and flow. There are obvious factors that shape our experiences like seasonal changes and major holidays.
But, much of it is shaped by our own personal experiences and preferences. The better we can understand how our energy changes throughout the year, the better we can plan our time and stretch goals.
We’re not designed to relentlessly grind every day. But, we are still capable of achieving big, sexy dreams. A key to success is understanding our own energy patterns and planning accordingly.
