The rise of remote working has completely changed the corporate landscape.
Companies are no longer limited by location to hire the talent they need, and employees have a level of flexibility that most people never dreamed would be possible even just a couple of years ago.
It’s easy to see the advantages. But, we’re now starting to feel the disadvantages, aren’t we?
It’s harder to get up to speed. It can feel lonely and isolating. Let’s be honest, work is more enjoyable when we do it with people we know and like!
We can complain about it, or we can do something about it. If you are feeling isolated, it’s time to take some action. I have some ideas to help! Let’s talk about how to feel more connected as a remote worker.
