No matter how focused or productive we are, there’s one thing I know to be true.
Even badasses have bad days.
Days when plans go off the rails. Days when an offhand remark from a stranger feeds your worst insecurity. Days when you just wake up on the wrong side of the bed.
Bad days can turn into bad weeks or months. If we allow it.
Bad moods can turn into bad attitudes and feelings of bitterness or hopelessness. If we don’t do something to counteract it.
It’s darn near impossible to accomplish big goals and dreams when you are in a negative mindset.
That’s why it’s so important to find ways to combat negativity soon as it starts making an appearance in your brain.
Don’t stress out—I have good news.
I know from my own personal experience that it is possible to train your brain to be positive.
